Form 941 Employer's QUARTERLY Federal Tax Return - Batch Upload

This option is convenient for accounting firms or employers filing several forms. Our Excel application allows up to 20 employment tax returns to be e-filed at the same time.

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS: Windows Operating System with Microsoft Office Excel 2007 or greater.

PRICING: $15.00 per form 941, plus $15.00 for each Schedule B. If you owe taxes and opt to pay via Electronic Funds Withdrawal (EFW), there is a 3% charge over the amount of the federal taxes owed on each return.

  • Prepare and review your returns, generate PDF copies for your records and extract a submission file.
  • When you are ready to submit:
    • Upload your submisson file. Must be file with extension (.xml).
    • Read and Confirm the Perjury Statement by checking the box next to “I agree”.
    • Type your email address and the “Authorized by” name in the box below (Name must match the name in Cell D4 of the application)
    • Click the "Authorize and Send" button.

PERJURY STATEMENT: Under penalties of perjury, I declare that I have an approved role (as identified in the instructions for the employment tax return) within the company(ies) submitted and that I've examined a copy of each electronic return and accompanying schedules and statements for the period identified on each form and to the best of my knowledge and belief, they're true, correct, and complete. I further declare that the amounts in Part I of each form 8879-EMP are the amounts shown on the copy of the the corresponding electronic return. I consent to allow Tax Me LLC to send the return(s) to the IRS and to receive from the IRS (a) an acknowledgement of receipt or reason for rejection of the transmission, (b) the reason for any delay in processing the return(s) or refund(s), and (c) the date of any refund(s). If applicable, I authorize the U.S. Treasury and its designated Financial Agent to initiate an electronic funds withdrawal (direct debit) entry to the financial institution account indicated in the tax preparation software for payment of the federal taxes owed on each return, and the financial institution to debit the entry to this(ese) account(s). To revoke a payment, I must contact the U.S. Treasury Financial Agent at 1-888-353-4537 no later than 2 business days before the payment (settlement) date. I also authorize the financial institutions involved in the processing of the(se) electronic payment(s) of taxes to receive confidential information necessary to answer inquiries and resolve issues related to the payment. I've selected a personal identification number (PIN) as the signature for each electronic return and, if applicable, the consent to electronic funds withdrawal.      I Agree
