Form 941 Employer's QUARTERLY Federal Tax Return - Batch Upload
This option is convenient for accounting firms or employers filing several forms. Our Excel application allows up to 20 employment tax returns to be e-filed at the same time.
SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS: Windows Operating System with Microsoft Office Excel 2007 or greater.
PRICING: $15.00 per form 941, plus $15.00 for each Schedule B. If you owe taxes and opt to pay via Electronic Funds Withdrawal (EFW), there is a 3% charge over the amount of the federal taxes owed on each return.

- Prepare and review your returns, generate PDF copies for your records and extract a submission file.
- When you are ready to submit:
- Upload your submisson file. Must be file with extension (.xml).
- Read and Confirm the Perjury Statement by checking the box next to “I agree”.
- Type your email address and the “Authorized by” name in the box below (Name must match the name in Cell D4 of the application)
- Click the "Authorize and Send" button.
Upon successful upload, a notification will display on top of this screen immediately followed by an email. Our fee must be paid before process begins.
