Why is TaxMe better?

E-FILING is easy, secure and can be completed within minutes. We do all the work for you, simply fill in our excel template and pay our fee. Encrypted electronic versions in ".pdf" format of forms W2 and W3 will be emailed to you shortly after submission. Social Security Administration (SSA) acknowledgment will follow within 24 hours.

DELIVERY: By default, all encrypted pdf forms will be emailed only to the employer. If you want TaxMe to email encrypted forms to each employee, you must provide both the employee's email address and telephone number (only US phone numbers allowed). These two fields are located to the rightmost column of your template. TaxMe does not deliver paper forms.

IMPORTANT: Recipients must authorize issuers before furnishing information returns electronically. We recommend getting familiar with the requirements set forth in Publication 15-A of the Internal Revenue Service before furnishing information returns electronically.

PRICING: $35.00 or $5.00 per form, whichever is greater. You can file up to 45 forms. The minimum fee is $35, you can file up to 7 forms for that price, after 7 forms the price will increase by $5 per form.

INSTRUCTIONS:

• If you are a Regular, household or 501c non-government employer filing forms 941 or 944, download our spreadsheet template and save it to your local computer.

• We highly recommend reading these instructions before completing your template.
• Corrections (W3C and W2C) are limited. Email us or use our live chat to request information for your particular case.
• We DO NOT support:
• Social Security Tips, Allocated Tips, Dependent Care Benefits, Nonqualified plans.
• Amounts on boxes 12 and 14.
• When you are ready to submit:
• Upload your file. For security reasons, only our preformatted spreadsheet with extension ".xlsx" will be accepted.
• Read and confirm the Perjury Statement by checking the box next to “I agree”.
• Type your email address and the “Authorized by” name. (Name must match the name in the uploaded file, Cell J12)
• Click the "Authorize and Send" button.
